Trails of the Centro Abruzzo

This application has been created by CAI (Club Alpino Italiano)-Sez. di Sulmona (http://www.caisulmona.it) and Archimede Software House - A.S.I.srl (http://www.arc.it). This app allows an easy and direct handling of gps tracks archives. In a single app more than 1.300 Km of trails in gpx format are kept.
At your disposal there are tracks available for Monte Genzana, Valle del Sagittario, Parco Nazionale Abruzzo Lazio e Molise and Parco Regionale Sirente Velino.
In the section relating to Maiella there are 4 thematic sections: Freedom Trail, le Capanne di Pietra (Stone Huts), i Sentieri dello Spirito (Religious Sites), i Sentieri del Parco (Trails of the Park).
IT ISNT A NAVIGATION PROGRAM. It is a very important data archive that gives the user the information he needs about the selected trail, directly from the preferred navigation program.
On the device the user must have installed any of the gps navigation programs able to read the gpx tracks.
When using for the first time, association with a navigation program is required.
The application has been tested with almost all gps free apps.
Our advice is to use GPX Viewer for iOS or GPX Navigator.
The program has been designed to optimize the use of the battery in the device.
THE USE DOESNT REQUIRE ANY CONNECTION TO INTERNET. Only a gps location signal is required
